The Digital Analytics team of Webrepublic is a diverse group of elite data wranglers, marketing KPI definers, business intelligence builders and all-around great people who support organizations in making sense of their digital environment. This can include everything from conceptualizing data strategies over creating measurement concepts towards implementing tracking setups and visualizing their core metrics—it’s all about creating business value for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include...

...the strategic development of the unit as well as ownership of the operational, personnel and financial tasks. You shape development paths for your direct reports and help them grow professionally and personally. As a role model for your team, you stay up-to-date in your area of expertise and foster innovation in the service portfolio of the unit. You plan and negotiate client mandates and manage your stakeholders both outside of and within the organization. Representing the unit and organization at professional events feels as natural to you as communicating internally towards the extended management. You define and manage cross-unit projects in interdisciplinary teams where required and ensure cross-functional collaboration and transparency. In collaboration with the Director Data & Technology, you pursue your vision for the further development of the unit with a lot of passion and energy.

You...

  • have 5+ years of experience and are proficient in the use of common tools in all relevant areas (e.g. web analytics, tag management, mobile attribution, server-side measurement)—ideally paired with knowledge about typical front- and back-end technologies and eCommerce systems
  • possess a sound foundation in statistical methods and are no stranger to data science concepts
  • have leadership experience (3+ years) or have led multiple teams in large client projects
  • are familiar with other areas beyond Analytics, especially in connection to online marketing and are happy to promote interdisciplinary work in A/B testing, UX development or similar topics
  • are self-confident in dealing directly with clients and have good negotiating skills in difficult contractual discussions
  • have a strong analytical mindset, feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and are a self-starter
  • are fluent in English and preferably have some German language skills

We...

  • have been awarded the "Great Place to Work" award. This means Webrepublicans like to work for us; they are proud of their work, and their company
  • work in modern offices right next to the Enge train station. Here you will find open spaces where creative ideas emerge, silent areas where you can work in a focused manner, rooftop terraces, rooms for lunch with your colleagues, and, of course, height-adjustable standing desks
  • offer you much freedom and at the same time a lot of responsibility; this also includes the possibility, to work two days a week from home
  • work in small, personal teams with the most motivated and smartest minds of the industry - you'll soon realize that Webrepublicans are more than pure 9 to 5 colleagues
  • work in flat hierarchies and keep decision paths short
